If you hold insurance cover, arranged through our Appointed Representatives, Sure Brokerage Ltd, trading as Telesure.

We regret that it has become necessary to terminate our arrangements with Sure Brokerage Ltd, trading as Telesure, who are no longer authorised to deal with your insurance cover or any claim upon it.

You should not contact Sure Brokerage Ltd, trading as Telesure, as they are no longer authorised to carry out insurance activity as our Appointed Representatives with the Financial Conduct Authority.

As a result of this event, we have appointed Reactive Insurance Solutions Ltd of Unit F1, Heath Place, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO22 9SL, 0800 987 8035, to take over the administration of your insurance cover with us, including any claims to be made on it.

Future payment of premiums should be made to Reactive, who will provide any help needed over your insurance cover, including claims.

Reactive are a sound, responsible and experienced Company who have been dealing for many years with the type of insurance cover that you hold and we are completely confident that all of your needs will be properly met by them.
